Not long ago, I was staring down a future I didn’t want: obese, joint pain, and a lost sense of self—grieving the loss of my children,

That fear became my turning point.
I packed what was left of my life into a tiny yellow Chevy Aveo (almost old enough to buy its own beers) and moved 1.6 miles from the Rocky Steps to reignite my drive to keep punching.
From that moment on, I committed:
