Preparation and cooking directions:

Yo, listen up, this is the recipe for a mean pork dish that's gonna knock your socks off. Here's what you gotta do:

First, get yourself a six to 8 in inches pork loin of about one pound.
Don't be afraid to handle that meat, slice it the long way, like making a sandwich.

Next, get a one-quart slice of leftover cheese pizza, dice it up, and stuff it inside the meat.
Roll that bad boy up tight and secure it with some twine.

Now, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and bake that pork for about 20 minutes per pound.
Make sure to check the internal temperature - it should be at least 145 degrees.

While that's cooking, grab a small onion and 8 ounces of white cabbage.
Cut 'em in half and slice 'em up into strips.
In a skillet, smother those onions in olive oil until they're soft.
Then, add the cabbage with some salt to taste and a little bit of cayenne pepper.
Cover it up and let it cook at medium heat.

Once the pork is done, take it out of the roasting pan or skillet and place it on a plate.
Now, this is important - sprinkle a teaspoon of flour or cornstarch in the skillet drippings
and add half a glass of water to make a pan gravy. If it's too thick, add more water.

Finally, cut the roast into half-inch slices, arrange it on a dinner plate with the
braised onion and cabbage, and spoon the sauce on top.
And there you have it, a delicious pork dish that'll make you feel like a champion. Enjoy!
